This confidentiality is subject to applicable law, including situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is legally required.

3. How We Use Your Information — To prepare for and conduct your session, process payment, send booking confirmations and reminders, share remedies discussed during the session, and improve the service over time.

4. Who We Share Data With — Razorpay (payment processing), Google Analytics (website usage), and Odoo (hosting our website, bookings, and internal systems). Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

5. Cookies & Website Analytics — Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which may involve cookies. This data improves the website and does not identify you personally.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information — Personal and session-related data is kept while you remain an active or returning client, and for 3 years after your last session, after which it is deleted — you'll be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Payment and financial records are kept longer, as required under applicable tax and accounting law.

1. Nature of the Service — Dwadash offers Vedic astrology consultations rooted in Parashari Jyotish. Each session provides guidance, perspective, and suggested remedies based on astrological analysis — not a guaranteed prediction of future events or outcomes.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy — Accuracy depends on the birth details provided. No astrologer can guarantee complete accuracy. Predictions and remedies are offered as professional interpretation, not certainty.

3. Decisions Remain Yours — Any decisions — financial, personal, professional, or otherwise — made on the basis of a session are the client's own responsibility. Dwadash and Kushagra Singh are not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made using this guidance.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice — Astrological guidance does not replace professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. 7. Payment, Rescheduling & Refunds — Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions may be rescheduled by messaging at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, but may still be rescheduled.

8. Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Dwadash and Kushagra Singh for any claim arising from a session is limited to the amount paid for that session.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law — Any concern should first be raised directly over email for resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. If Dwadash Needs to Reschedule — If Kushagra Singh is unable to conduct a session as scheduled due to illness, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the client will be offered a new time. This will not be treated as a breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms — Dwadash may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

How accurate will the prediction be? 

Accuracy depends on the birth details you provide and the depth of analysis behind the session. Every session at Dwadash begins with a minimum of four to six hours of chart study — because that preparation is what brings a reading closest to accurate. No astrologer can guarantee 100% accuracy — but preparation is what brings it closest.

Will doing a remedy change the outcome? 

Remedies work by bringing you closer to what your chart shows is possible. They help you work with your chart, not against it. When you understand what is coming — and why — your awareness alone changes how you respond. And how you respond changes the outcome.

How can I reach you for clarification after the session? 

Post-session clarifications can be shared over WhatsApp. If something from the session needs a follow-up conversation, a Chetāna session is available for existing clients.

I'm not sure if my birth time is accurate. Can I still book? 

Yes. Share the birth time you have — even an approximate one — but mention in the notes that it is approximate. The chart will be studied with that information, and where uncertainty exists, it will be accounted for during analysis. An inaccurate birth time may affect the precision of certain predictions and timing of events, but does not make the session invalid.

What if I need to reschedule? 

Reschedule at least 2 hours before your session time — reach out over WhatsApp to arrange a new slot.

Why do you need birth details for an Anāsakti session? 

Anāsakti combines astrology with psychological understanding — your birth chart shows where the emotional weight is rooted. Without it, the session cannot go deeper than conversation.
